Deleting Phone Numbers

Deleting a phone number stops its monthly charges and removes it from your account.

How to Delete

1. Navigate to Phone Numbers in the sidebar
2. Click Delete in the Actions column for the number you want to remove
3. Confirm the action in the dialog

Irreversible after recovery window

Once the recovery window closes, deletion is permanent. The same number may not be available for repurchase.

Recovery Window

After deletion, the number enters a short recovery window. During this period it remains in your list with a Recoverable billing status, and you can restore it by clicking Recover ($10).

Once the recovery window expires, the number is permanently released back to the carrier and cannot be recovered.

After Deletion

• The number is immediately removed from call and campaign selection
• It continues to count toward your phone number limits until the recovery window closes
• Call history associated with the number remains accessible
