Campaign Monitor
The Campaign Monitor lets you track the progress of a bulk campaign in real-time and take action if needed.
Accessing the Monitor
Click Calls → Campaigns in the sidebar to see a list of all your campaigns. Click a campaign to open its detail view.
Campaign Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active / Running | Calls are being placed |
| Paused | Temporarily stopped — no new calls are started |
| Completed | All contacts have been processed |
| Cancelled | Manually stopped before completion |
Progress Metrics
The campaign detail view shows:
- Total contacts — Number of rows in the uploaded CSV
- Completed — Calls that finished successfully
- In progress — Calls currently active
- Queued — Contacts waiting to be called
- Failed — Calls that failed to dispatch
A progress bar gives a visual overview of where the campaign is up to.
Campaign Controls
Pause
Click Pause to temporarily stop the campaign. Any calls already active will complete normally. No new calls will be placed until you resume.
Resume
Click Resume on a paused campaign to continue from where it stopped.
Retry Failed
If there are failed calls in the campaign, click Retry Failed to requeue them. This resets failed call rows back to queued so they will be attempted again.
Cancel
Click Cancel to permanently stop the campaign. Active calls complete, but remaining queued contacts will not be called. Cancellation cannot be undone — you would need to create a new campaign to reach the remaining contacts.
Irreversible
Cancelling a campaign cannot be undone.
Monitoring Best Practices
- Watch the first several calls after launch to confirm variables are correct and the assistant is behaving as expected
- If you see a high failure rate, pause the campaign and check your CSV data or assistant configuration
- If calls are very short, review the assistant's opening message — recipients may be hanging up immediately
