Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar allows your AI agents to check your availability in real time and book appointments directly into your calendar during a call.

What It Does

Once connected, your AI agents can:

  • Check availability — Look up free time slots before offering them to a caller
  • Book appointments — Create calendar events with caller details automatically
  • Respect your schedule — Only offer times when you're actually available

Connecting Google Calendar

  1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar
  2. Click Google Calendar
  3. Click Connect
  4. Sign in with your Google account and authorize Voxifi
  5. You'll be returned to Voxifi with the integration showing as Connected

Voxifi only requests the calendar permissions it needs — read access to check availability and write access to create events.

Connection Status

Once connected, the Google Calendar page shows:

  • Status — Whether the connection is healthy or needs attention
  • Connected account — The Google email address that's connected
  • Connected since — When the integration was set up

If the status shows a warning or error, try disconnecting and reconnecting. This typically happens when Google revokes access (for example, if you changed your Google password).

Using It With Your AI Agents

After connecting Google Calendar, you can configure your AI agents to use it for scheduling. This is done in the agent's settings — look for a Calendar section when editing an assistant.

When enabled, the agent will automatically check your calendar during calls before suggesting appointment times.

Disconnecting

  1. Go to IntegrationsGoogle Calendar
  2. Click Disconnect

Disconnecting removes Voxifi's access to your calendar. Any appointments already booked will remain in your calendar.

Troubleshooting

The status shows an error after connecting Try disconnecting and reconnecting. If the issue persists, contact support@voxif.io.

Appointments aren't appearing in my calendar Check that the agent is configured to use Google Calendar in the agent's settings.

I connected the wrong Google account Disconnect the current connection and reconnect with the correct account.
