Phone Number Billing
Pricing
Each phone number costs $10/month, charged from your prepaid balance on a recurring monthly cycle.
Your plan includes one phone number at no extra charge. Additional numbers each require a $10/month add-on, which you are prompted to confirm when purchasing beyond your included allocation.
Billing Statuses
The Billing column in the phone numbers list shows the current billing state of each number:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Included | Covered by your plan — no additional charge |
| $10/mo | Active, billed monthly from your balance |
| Payment Due | Balance was insufficient at renewal — add funds to avoid suspension |
| Suspended | Billing failed. Calls cannot be made or received until resolved |
| Recoverable | Number has been deleted but is within the recovery window |
| Permanently Released | Released back to the carrier. Cannot be recovered |
What Happens When Balance Is Low
If your balance is too low to cover the monthly renewal:
- The number enters Payment Due (grace period) status
- Add funds to your balance to resolve it
- If not resolved in time, the number is Suspended and cannot be used for calls
To avoid disruptions, keep sufficient balance in your account or enable Auto Top-up under Settings → Billing.
Viewing Charges
Monthly phone number charges appear in your transaction history under Settings → Billing.
