Phone Numbers Overview
Phone numbers are required to make outbound calls. Each number belongs to your organisation and can be assigned to a specific assistant or left unassigned and selected at call time.
Number Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Local | Geographic number with a regional area code |
| Toll-free | Free to call (800, 888, etc.) — commonly used for national campaigns |
| Mobile | Mobile number — supports Voice, SMS, and MMS capabilities |
Availability varies by country. Not every type is available in every region.
Pricing
Each phone number costs $10/month, billed from your prepaid balance. Your plan includes one phone number at no extra charge. Additional numbers each require a $10/month add-on.
