Calendly
Connecting Calendly allows your AI agents to offer your Calendly scheduling links during calls and book meetings directly on your behalf.
What It Does
Once connected, your AI agents can:
- Share booking links — Offer your Calendly event types to callers
- Book appointments — Schedule meetings using your Calendly availability
- Use your event types — Leverage the meeting types you've already configured in Calendly
Connecting Calendly
- Go to Integrations in the sidebar
- Click Calendly
- Click Connect
- Sign in to your Calendly account and authorize Voxifi
- You'll be returned to Voxifi with the integration showing as Connected
Connection Status
Once connected, the Calendly page shows:
- Status — Whether the connection is healthy or needs attention
- Connected account — The Calendly email address that's linked
- Connected since — When the integration was set up
If the token expires (Calendly access tokens have a limited lifespan), you'll see a warning. Simply reconnect to refresh the access.
Using It With Your AI Agents
After connecting Calendly, configure your AI agents to use it for scheduling in the agent's settings. Look for a Calendar section when editing an assistant and select Calendly as the scheduling provider.
The agent will use your Calendly event types during calls to offer booking options to callers.
Disconnecting
- Go to Integrations → Calendly
- Click Disconnect
Disconnecting removes Voxifi's access to your Calendly account. It does not cancel any existing bookings.
Troubleshooting
The connection status shows a warning about expiry Reconnect by clicking Disconnect then Connect again. This refreshes the access token.
My event types aren't showing up in the agent configuration Make sure the integration is showing as Connected (not just linked). If you recently connected, try refreshing the page.
I want to use a different Calendly account Disconnect the current connection and reconnect with the account you want to use.
