This guide walks you through creating your Voxifi account and completing the onboarding process.

Creating Your Account

Sign Up

1. Visit app.voxifi.com
2. Click Get Started or Sign Up
3. Fill in the sign-up form:
   • Email address
   • Password and Confirm Password
   • First Name and Last Name
   • Organization Name — this creates your workspace (e.g., "Acme Corp")
4. Click Create Account

You'll be taken directly into the onboarding flow. Every Voxifi account belongs to an organization, and when you sign up you automatically become its Owner.

Onboarding Steps

After creating your account, Voxifi walks you through a short onboarding process before you land on the main console.

1. Simulated Call Demo

You'll be shown an interactive demonstration of what an AI-powered call looks like. This is a great way to get a feel for how the platform works before making real calls.

You can skip this step if you're already familiar with the platform.

2. Business Setup Wizard

A short 3-step wizard helps you configure your assistant defaults:

• Business Info — Your business name and industry (required to continue)
• Operations — How your team operates and your primary use case
• Contact — Your contact details for use in call scripts

The information you enter here is used as defaults when creating AI assistants. You can skip this wizard and configure everything later in your AI agent settings.

3. Choose a Plan

To activate your account and start making calls, you'll need to choose a subscription plan:

Click your chosen plan to be redirected to Stripe to complete payment. Once payment is confirmed, your account is activated.

Not sure which plan?

Growth is the most popular choice for teams just getting started with outbound calling at scale. You can always upgrade later.

4. You're In

After subscribing, you'll see a short welcome video and then land on your console — ready to create your first AI agent and make calls.

Account Roles

Voxifi uses role-based access when you invite teammates:

Role	Capabilities
Owner	Full access, billing management, can delete org
Admin	Manage team members, access all features
Member	Use platform features, no admin access

One Owner Per Organization

Each organization has exactly one Owner.
