Files in Voxifi provide your AI agents with specific knowledge and context, enabling them to answer questions accurately and follow your business guidelines.

What Are Files?

Files are documents you upload to give your AI agents access to:

  • Product information and pricing
  • Company policies and procedures
  • FAQ content and common answers
  • Reference data and scripts

How Files Work

When you upload a file:

  1. The file is uploaded and stored securely
  2. It is processed so your AI agents can reference it during calls
  3. You attach the file to one or more AI agents
  4. Callers receive responses informed by your specific content
