Voxifi records calls and generates transcripts automatically. You can access these from the call detail view.
Accessing a Recording or Transcript
- Navigate to Calls in the sidebar
- Click on any call row to open the call detail
- The recording and transcript are shown in the call detail view
Recordings
If a recording is available for a call, you can play it back directly or download the audio file.
Compliance
Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. In some places you are required to notify or obtain consent from the other party before recording a call. Ensure your use of call recordings complies with applicable laws.
Transcripts
Transcripts are automatically generated for completed calls. They show the conversation as speaker-labelled, timestamped text:
