Call History
Call History shows all calls made by your organisation — single calls, campaign calls, and CRM automation calls — in a single list.
Accessing Call History
Click Calls in the sidebar. The main Calls page is your call history.
The Call List
Each row shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| From | Outbound phone number used |
| To | Recipient phone number |
| Direction | Inbound or outbound |
| Status | Final call outcome |
| Started | Date and time the call began |
| Duration | Length of the call |
| Recording | Link to recording if available |
| Cost | Amount charged |
| Variables | Variables passed to the assistant |
Filtering Calls
Use the filters bar at the top of the page to narrow the list.
By Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
queued | Waiting to be placed |
ringing | Phone is ringing |
in_progress | Call is active |
completed | Call ended normally |
failed | Call could not be connected |
canceled | Call was canceled before connecting |
By Direction
Filter to Inbound or Outbound calls.
By Date Range
- Today
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
Search
Search by phone number (partial matches supported).
Viewing Call Details
Click any call row to open the full call detail, including transcript and recording if available.
