Call History

Call History shows all calls made by your organisation — single calls, campaign calls, and CRM automation calls — in a single list.

Accessing Call History

Click Calls in the sidebar. The main Calls page is your call history.

The Call List

Each row shows:

ColumnDescription
FromOutbound phone number used
ToRecipient phone number
DirectionInbound or outbound
StatusFinal call outcome
StartedDate and time the call began
DurationLength of the call
RecordingLink to recording if available
CostAmount charged
VariablesVariables passed to the assistant

Filtering Calls

Use the filters bar at the top of the page to narrow the list.

By Status

StatusMeaning
queuedWaiting to be placed
ringingPhone is ringing
in_progressCall is active
completedCall ended normally
failedCall could not be connected
canceledCall was canceled before connecting

By Direction

Filter to Inbound or Outbound calls.

By Date Range

  • Today
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days

Search by phone number (partial matches supported).

Viewing Call Details

Click any call row to open the full call detail, including transcript and recording if available.
