Voice Calls Overview
Voxifi makes outbound AI voice calls on your behalf. There are three ways calls get initiated.
Call Types
Single Calls
A single call places one outbound call immediately. Use this for testing an assistant, one-off outreach, or ad-hoc conversations. You select the assistant, your outbound phone number, and the recipient's number.
See Single Calls for details.
Campaigns
A campaign lets you upload a CSV of contacts and call them all using the same assistant. You configure calling hours to control when the dialler runs, and Voxifi works through the list automatically.
See Bulk Campaigns and Campaign Monitor for details.
CRM Automation Calls
When you connect a CRM (such as GoHighLevel) and configure an automation, Voxifi can trigger calls automatically in response to CRM events — for example, calling a lead when they enter a pipeline stage.
These calls appear in your call history alongside single and campaign calls. See CRM Automations for setup details.
Call Lifecycle
Calls move through the following statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
queued | Call is waiting to be placed |
dispatching | Call is being sent to the telephony provider |
ringing | Phone is ringing at the recipient |
in_progress | Call is active, conversation is happening |
completed | Call ended normally |
failed | Call could not be connected |
canceled | Call was canceled before it connected |
