Invoices

Access your payment history and download invoices for accounting and tax purposes.

Accessing Invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click the Invoices tab
  3. View all invoices

Invoice Information

Each invoice shows:

What Invoices Contain

Invoices are generated by Stripe for each balance top-up (manual or auto top-up). They include:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Payment amount
  • Payment method used
  • Stripe receipt reference

Usage Not on Invoices

Individual call costs are not itemized on invoices. Invoices reflect balance additions only. See Usage Tracking for detailed cost breakdown and Call History for per-call costs.

Downloading Invoices

  1. Find the invoice in the list
  2. Click Download or View
  3. Access the Stripe-hosted invoice PDF

Invoice Statuses

StatusMeaning
PaidPayment successful
PendingProcessing payment
FailedPayment declined

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. Check your payment method is valid and not expired
  2. Update your card if needed via Payment Methods in billing settings
  3. Retry adding balance manually
  4. Contact support if the issue persists

Tax Information

  • Voxifi processes payments through Stripe
  • Tax may apply based on your location
  • Tax is shown on invoices when applicable

Common Questions

Where are call costs itemized?

Individual call costs appear in:

  • Call History — per-call breakdown
  • Transaction History — aggregate ledger

Invoices only show balance additions.

How do I get invoices for accounting?

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices
  2. Download PDFs for the relevant period

Troubleshooting

Invoice Not Received by Email

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Verify your email address in account settings
  3. Download directly from the billing dashboard

Payment Shows But No Invoice

Allow time for processing:

  1. Wait a few minutes
  2. Refresh the invoice list
  3. Contact support if still missing
